  Mr minister your approach to the problem is not the best. If they are sacked they will be reclycing the same thing in the community. The best thing to do is send them into a correctional center to help reform them so they can become useful to society. Not just throw them out of school into the society without any attempt to reform them . Put your thinking cap on and think better Mr Minister. Leardership is not for babies with sharp teeth
