Colonial reparations are necessary because Europeans plundered Africa and other part of the world in the name of colonialism. Africa is now a test laboratory for Europeans engineering programs. Many wars in almost every part of Africa engineered from these Colonialists. Major Europeans economies are cushions by Gold, diamond and other resources from Africa. Africa and African resources were used and are still being used to build the cities of these Colonialists. Today Neocolonialism is seen more better than it partner in crime colonizations. What have we done as Africans to deserve these barbarism. Because we tolerate their nonsense without asking for retributions. It is time these Europeans and their puppets compensate the indigenous people who lost almost everything to the plunderous Europeans Colonialists. Africans were already having a nice and well structured clans leadership system practicing before the coming of these Europeans invaders. Hospitality was at the highest, communal living was never disgusting and love for one another was the order of the day. ‎ It is very important to observe the distinctions between slavery and colonizations. Slavery as we always say evolved but never stop. We have the many Freedoms we enjoy in Ghana because of the relationship with the Western Democratic Governments, especially from USA, Canada and Western Europe. Africans will never accept any kind of Communist ideas from China. Do people have freedom of movement in China as we have it in Ghana?
I am glad the Guy was able to speak in fluent French which is not a miracle. That is where he has been living and studying for his education.
We don’t necessarily need to praise Akuffo Addo for speaking very fluent French Language even in Public to French speaking countries because he also lived and studied in France. Ask the Guy who rattled his speech in Chinese if he would like to live the rest of his life in China or in the USA or any of the Western Democratic countries and wait for his answer. If we will continue to trade with the Chinese, sign contracts with them at both governmental and private business levels, etc, then it's important we have some of our people master their language. Who remembers the issue of Osafo Marfo and the contract in German that he signed? Being Pan Africanist or anti-neocolonialism does NOT mean we should be closed, inward-looking society. Imagine if Ghanaians did not speak English or any other language of international value, how would relate with the rest of the world individually and as a state (government)?

On individual levels, learning a new language as an adult is extremely difficult for most people. Don't we commend individuals for their ability to speak multiple local languages such as Nzema, Fante, Ga, Hausa, Ewe, Guan? And don't we applaud, say, Japanese choral or musical groups when they render Ghanaian songs in any Ghanaian language and do so perfectly? I believe in Pan Africanism. But let's not take our anti-neocolonialism drive to self-defeating levels.

He has made himself proud, showed the host country investing in his education was a life changing journey which he enjoyed and is thankful of. This is what we expect all ghanaian students who pursue their education in anotner countdy to language the host country's language.
