If a defendant deliberately absconds, flees the jurisdiction, or willfully refuses to appear after being properly notified of a court date, the court may choose to proceed in the interest of justice. So I don't understand all this noise. Why don't they go ahead and charge him, provide their evidence and proceed with the case if he refuses to appear in court. I know Amidu from Commonwealth Hall. He is an idiot.He is one of those lawyers who believe that law must be used to protect and shield criminals.No wonder as a Special Prosecutor he never prosecuted anybody for crimes against the state.
Unfortunately he believes that highly placed political appointees never commit any crimes against the state.
