    The wife must also be prosecuted and punished for having the child sit on her lap without proper constrain. I am sure it is illegal to do that in every country. Don’t let the system let her off the hook.

    Some Ghanaians travel overseas and entirely for WHY they travelled - drink and drive. In Ghana it's easy to get away with breaking the law, not in UK. Over there unlike GH, crime has no expiry date.
