  The EFCC is the institution mandated to fight such crimes in Nigeria, and it was able to trace the culprits and recover the funds within 24 hours. Meanwhile, in the same country, the EFCC is forbidden from working in certain areas. Is it not the case that the state is encouraging this crime and protecting perpetrators? Is it then strange that most cybercrimes worldwide always involve Nigerians?
  It's clear now, and I don't think I'll ever hold back from blaming people as cybercriminals, unfortunately.
