Eg. It is against the law for someone to peep through your window to take an UNEXPECTED naked picture of you. But if you foolishly walk outside naked, any picture taken is legal so long as you are not a minor.

Yes, you generally have the legal right to film a police officer on duty in public in both Britain and Ghana . In both countries, the law distinguishes between the lawful act of filming in public and the prohibited act of obstructing or interfering with an officer's duties.

It's either you're told/asked to pay for your statement to be entered on the sheet of paper or told your case is foolish case which cannot be taken up by the police. In this case, you either walk home or tell the police officer he/she, mostly it's she, that you'll give her "something"

And then, you have to pull out something from your pocket and hand it over to her if she's satisfied with the amount, she'll record your statement in the "ledger" the British Colonial Masters left at the police station when the country was granted independence.

You mostly see these police women idling behind the desks, talking to colleagues or sitting outside with their phones waiting for someone to come with a good case for them to take "nokofio" and not someone with a foolish case as this this guy was told.

Everyone must know that in Ghana, when you go to the police station to lodge a complain, you must pay bribe to the officer before your complain is taken in a statement form. That's the norm because the law doesn't work there.
