So if a judge says you can travel means you can commit another crime and nothing happens to you , is that what you mean and want ? . Read and listen to what Godfred Dame says well. He claimed there is no order on that frozen account because AG re filed the case. But AG didn’t freeze his bank accounts but EOCO at request from a different court. Is EOCO who arrested him in his attempt to empty that bank account and run to UK .

That arrest therefore was not trampling on the court order granting the suspect freedom to travel outside the country. The question you should rather be posing is, "Why did the suspect attempt to withdraw funds from his frozen bank account when he had knowledge of the court order freezing that bank account?"
