    Mr. Appiah Danquah, who said NDC has respect for judicial authority?
    First, they murdered judges, removed the CJ without recourse to due process and so if they are disobeying court orders does it surprise you?

    Even the Ecowas court held that constitutional procedures were followed in dismissing the CJ.

    Please let us distinguish legal language from parlance
    A court granting LEAVE cannot constitute an ORDER.
    If Hanan decided not to travel would he be violating an order?

    Despite what? The arrest had to with an attempt of the suspect for attempting top withdraw funds from a frozen bank account. The man was not arrested to prevent him from travelling. That arrest therefore was not trampling on ...

    It's very dangerous for any official appointed under the Constitution to sabotage It's provisions. The AG must be stopped from violating the rule of law otherwise it's tantamount to coup detat.
