That project wasn't conceived by Akufo Addo, the loans were secured from India Exim Bank in 2016, that should tell you who's dream and initiative it was. The NPP came and met it, and for 8 solid years they couldn't complete ...

The current leadership at GRDA are doing a good job by prioritising freight train transport. That will help reduce articulated trucks from our roads. It's cheaper by rail than the roads and faster as well.
Instead of focusing on rail transport , this govt is doing piecemeal jobs
