Why did the funds get transferred into the accounts of the accused person?

Is there any evidence by Bank transfer records to confirm that, the accused person made onward payments from his accounts to the purported suppliers of the equipment’s?

You deliberately wrote to the people whom nobody knows and probably wrote a response for them to sign which you tendered through a prosecution witness and the court allowed that.
We don’t even know if you first laid the foundation by tendering your request letter which resulted in the said response which you tendered through the investigator.

Don’t forget you have a tall mountain to climb in your attempt to justify why our money found its way into your clients accounts.

The bank officials of your clients bank who transferred the money into the recipients accounts and the recipient bank officials who worked on the funds would have to be called by you to affirm receipt of such funds with official bank records.
