Please re-write your article, this was not a "dangerous" landing. This was a combat landing - they were demonstrating a combat operation. During combat operations, pilots do not come in slowly and touch down gently - you will be blown out of the sky. Everything is done with speed to minimize the time the helicopter is exposed to enemy fire. Whoever set the carpets down did not understand how much rotorwash a helicopter produces. But bottom, line this was a demonstration of a combat operation - not a dangerous landing.
