What is preventing current administration for not calling for people to answer how the money was disbursed. Apart from Ken Ofori Atta former finance minister , I believe the rest are in the country.

Nana Addo's administration utilised the $65m under Component 5 of the World Bank project funding protocol which allows for the reallocation of funds for contingent emergency purposes. GARID began in 2019 and Covid-19 followed in 2020 which created a contingent emergency and triggered Component 5. None of the Bank's project implementation status reports until the last one last week cites anything untoward done by Nana Addo's government. On the contrary, question is what emergency made you sweep $13m until you returned it and not spend on implementation from 14 months from January 2025. Please dont placate anyone with your incompetence. Nana Addo diverted $65m and so what?
