GhanaWeb has announced its readiness to officially unveil its groundbreaking GhanaWeb Real Estate Platform tomorrow, July 9, 2026, with all operational arrangements completed ahead of the highly anticipated launch at the Alisa Hotel, North Ridge.

Organisers say preparations for the event have entered the final stage, with logistics, technical infrastructure, guest coordination, and live broadcast arrangements all successfully concluded to ensure a seamless and memorable launch.

The response from invited guests and industry stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the growing anticipation surrounding what is expected to be one of Ghana's most significant digital innovations in the real estate sector. Leading real estate developers, estate agencies, financial institutions, technology companies, investors, policymakers, media practitioners, and other key stakeholders have confirmed their participation, underscoring the industry's confidence in the platform.

The launch, themed "The Future of Real Estate Begins Here – Connecting Buyers, Sellers, Renters and Investors Through Technology," marks GhanaWeb's latest step towards leveraging technology to solve longstanding challenges within Ghana's property market.

According to Head of Marketing Naa Djijaama Appiah, the GhanaWeb Real Estate Platform has been designed to provide a trusted digital marketplace where verified property listings, credible real estate professionals, and prospective buyers, sellers, renters, and investors can interact with confidence.

Beyond providing verified property listings, the platform is expected to improve transparency, increase market visibility for developers and agents, simplify property searches, and create new opportunities for investment across Ghana's rapidly expanding real estate industry.

The official programme will commence with registration, welcome coffee, and networking from 9:00 am, followed by the launch ceremony at 10:00 am. The event will also be broadcast live on GhanaWeb TV, enabling audiences across Ghana and beyond to witness the unveiling in real time.

With all arrangements firmly in place and excitement continuing to build among industry players, GhanaWeb says it is fully prepared to introduce a platform that promises to redefine the future of property transactions in Ghana and strengthen confidence in the country's digital real estate ecosystem.
