DVLA's rejoinder raises more questions than trying to protect their image. Where did the lady staff member of DVLA get the GHC308,000 from? We often hear of their staff taking thousands of Cedis as bribe when ppl go there.

Damage control this? So, when will DVLA repent from this scandalous lifestyle?
How could a public servant have so much funds in her account without noticing systematic siphoning of the money. She's part of the extortion brigade at the DVLA
