If money is offered, it is a choice to accept or not to accept. In some countries, offering to bribe a public official is a crime. In Ghana, it is adored and shamefully accepted as part of the deal. Judges who accept bribes should be investigated and if found guilty, should be publicly shamed and fired.

You can not throw this into the media without giving us names. We are in the times of social media where the traditional media can not shape the narrative like some years back, so as a renowned judge everything that comes from your mouth must based on facts and not hearsay. There are some judges who are being controlled by Mr.deadgoat and his ndc government and a typical example is Adenta circuit court 9 judge ,Joseph Yennuban kunsong. This judge is the one who said all animals are equal but some are more equal than others. Where can this be found in our law? Even the marines can not be swayed by this concert, theatrics and key soap concert party. Justice kulendi ,was it right for you to invite your brother Jakpa and Godfred Odame, then attorney general into your house to talk about a case before the court? Was someone pulling stings from somewhere? A lot of people has lost confidence in the judiciary. Look at how Justice Torkonu was removed? A petition that can not be used to remove a class prefect was used to remove a whole woman chief justice. In fact the basic principle " Audi Alteram Partem" has been thrown to the dogs. Now a whole supreme court rely on hearsay to pass judgement. We have a chief justice who goes to any executive ndc member weeding, funeral, party and travel with the vice president to watch world cup matches in America. Even if an ndc executive member is naming his dog you will see chief justice Baffoe Bonnie there. You will see chief justice Baffoe Bonnie at Sammy gyimifi's in-law funeral following Mr.deadgoat brother, Ibrahim mahama as a ball boy. In fact Mr.deadgoat and his ndc are setting a bad precedence. Justice kulendi you were one of the supreme court judges who supervised the dubious way to remove justice Torkonu . You should bow your head in shame but bear in mind that you will by all means reap what you have sown one day. A word to the wise is in the north.
