In the Under-20 men's 400 metres hurdles, Bossman Kusi Appiah ran a composed race, clocking 53-point-20 seconds to secure another gold medal for Ghana.
The country's mixed 4x400 metres relay team also climbed to the top of the podium after a commanding performance.
The quartet of Blessed Junior Owusu, Janet Darkoaa, Godfred Opoku and Aishatu Jaffar combined brilliantly to finish first in a time of three minutes, 25-point-55 seconds.
Earlier in the competition, Blessed Junior Owusu won gold in the Under-18 men's 400 metres, while Godfred Opoku claimed top honours in the Under-20 men's 400 metres.
