There are major Agricultural Training Institutions in Ghana. I remember one in Kumasi Kwadaso but this insane government finds it expedient to train them at the police training school. I don't get!

Obviously, these people have been trained with the mindset of police personnel and the only thing to expect is BRIBE collection not to help farmers.
