I think hes saying Boots opticians dont offer treatment for serious eye conditions. For that, youve to go to nhs or private consultant. Boots opticians is mainly for eye exam and buying spectacles.

Boots is just an optician for eye tests not a place for treatment if it is a serious eye condition they will refer you to Moorfields ,the judge should never have given him permission to travel for that flimsy excuse.
