There is something fundamentally wrong with our attitude to work. People who are employed to supervise works done often neglect their duties and go without consequences. We see this attitude all over from not repairing street and traffic lights, potholes, public sanitation, etc. Resetting the country should include punishing people for not doing what they are paid for.
