Director of Operations for GhanaWeb, Solomon Sasu, says the company has meticulously planned every aspect of its newly launched real estate platform to meet housing needs of Ghanaians at all levels.
He expressed confidence that it is fully prepared to deliver and compete in Ghana’s innovative property marketplace.
Speaking at the official launch of the GhanaWeb Real Estate platform on Thursday, July 9, 2026, Sasu indicated that the initiative was the result of extensive concept development, technical implementation, stakeholder engagement, operational planning and event coordination.
"Every detail has been carefully considered. I am pleased to say that we are fully prepared not only for today's launch but for the exciting journey ahead," he said.
According to him, the overwhelming interest shown by developers, estate agencies, financial institutions and strategic partners demonstrates that the market is ready for a platform built on trust, accessibility and innovation.

Sasu commended the GhanaWeb team for their dedication and professionalism, describing the launch as proof of what can be achieved when talented people work towards a common goal.

Looking ahead, Sasu said the company aims to make the GhanaWeb Real Estate platform Ghana's preferred online destination for property transactions while serving as a gateway for investment opportunities that contribute to national development.
He invited developers, estate agencies, property owners, financial institutions and other stakeholders to join the platform in building a more transparent, efficient and accessible real estate ecosystem in Ghana.
