But ask yourselves beyond all of these what has he actually done in the past 19 months in power? No plan to operationalise completed and fully furnished hospitals, yet our hospitals are overwhelmed. Almost all road contracts in his time sole-sourced. Wasted a lot of money in floored nkoko nkintinkiti flagship program, abandoning Kumasi-Accra highway to start a new expressway he knows too well he can't finish while lives perish on the current highway the construction of which he came to meet. Left cocoa farmers poorer than he came to meet. Chose to waste money to build 24hr markets just to reward his party people for supporting him to win election. Yet you guys are here trying to project him as a hero. Hold him accountable

It was nice Mahama stopped to help direct and help traffic move after the supposed accident but for the security of the President, it was very risky because he could have been attacked. What about if the accident had been staged to get access to him. Do you think that the Security of Trump, Putin, and Netanyahu Benjamin would have allowed the President of Ghana to do that? Anyway, we live in Ghana and nobody will be interested in harming or killing Mahama. The worst that can be done to him is to topple him which the Military and the Police are not interested in doing. I believe that the accident not staged but was very real.
The Security of the President should never let the President stop in such a situation but find a way of getting out of there while extra Security personnel are sent to handle the accident situation on the road.

I am glad that President Mahama is himself not interested for any Third Term Presidency. He is Politically matured and knows what happened to Nkrumah when he attempted to declare himself as the President of Ghana for life and even did not have a Vice President. He hounded people who disagreed and opposed him into exile and imprisoned someone like J.B Danquah who was made to die in Prison after even becoming blind. Did Nkrumah live longer enough that the Granite rocks? No, he didn’t. He also lived and died in exile in Conakry, Guinea where none of his family members, including even his wife Fathia were with him. Nkrumah reaped what he sowed and it served him right. No matter how much you hate the president, it does take away the fact that he's who he is. Ghanaians know what they want and they are okay with it.

I don't just know what will make Ghanaians happy on planet earth. There was flood. For the sake of those saying the president shouldn't compromise his security, the man flies to observe from above. We have Ghanaians complaining bitterly that,, the president couldn't empathize better with Ghanaians from above. Now, there is road accident and JDM gets down to empathise with his people. The same Ghanaians keep complaining. This is just for the optics, security compromised. If he doesn't stop, he will be held for being arrogant and unsympathetic to the plight og Ghanaians. If he observes from above, another wahala. What class or order of homo sapiens are we Ghanaians. If these same things are done by some president elsewhere, we these same Ghanaian critics will be heard praising that president al over. God help us to cherish and encourage our own, to do more for us.
