Too many private academies now prioritize player sales over national development, turning talent into a commodity and raising a fundamental question: Is Ghana's football serving the nation—or the transfer market? Until that question is answered, no imported model will restore Ghana's football greatness.

He also built over 100 Football pitches across the country. No individual or private company in Ghana can do that.

But also getting rid of the GFA President and installing a new President, a brand new Sporting Director, a new governing body and just a complete culture change at the GFA.

Get rid of players in the old guard and bringing in younger players but injecting new ideas in the national team.
