  The Have -Hohoe road works have been unduly delayed and should have been taken from this Chinese contractor long ago. Please, two months grace period is too long. Just give it to a reliable contractor.

  You only making it sound like the contractor is not doing his job but in reality he doesn't get paid on time after all the percentages politicians take from them before awarding a contract.

  Road minister, I appreciate your hardworking but please make it priority y setting time frames to pay contractors fully whenever a job is executed. This way, you can punish and not warn if job us not completed on schedule
