The extradition law signed between Ghana and the USA has no bearing on matters such as the Epstein case. Even if that crook Trump and his government refuse to prosecute all domestic federal crimes, that would not give Ghana the excuse to refuse to cooperate on an extradition case that has run its course through the courts in Ghana.
