Now she has a case in the commercial issues. The shares cannot be transferred without her knowledge. Untill she resigns or go contrary to the law or company ethics, she cannot be removed as a director. Let's wait for the court's decision & reasons of its judgement.

A director of a company doesn't give you automatic shares. Share holders are different from directors.
Directors are just policy makers for the company. They are only held liable when they make bad policies.

Directors are just policy makers for the company. They are only held liable when they make bad policies.

Share holders are those who have finically invested in the company. One can be a Share holder without being a director, and one can be a director without being a share holder. However, one can be a director & a Share holder if he or she has finicialy invested in the company like Joan whom it is alleged contributed 100k (10%) to the seed capital. If it is true, she has 10% shares in both the company's liquidated assets & non-liquidated assets
