In that case, whom among them would they need to play to qualify: Venezuela, British Guiana, Dutch Guiana or French Guiana?

Give the 2038 tournament to China or India, or BOTH. Attendance will be humongous, FIFA will make more money, China will wake up a little bit from their obsession with technological innovation (God bless China!), and India will be "introduced to" something called FOOTBALL or SOCCER.

With the additional 16 teams (48 to 64), we should be able to get at least 4 so that our deservers like Burkina Faso and Angola, under-achievers like Nigeria and Cameroon, and perpetual losers like Libya and Somalia, can also have a chance.

After all this is in place, Infantino can honorably resign and take Motsepe with him.
