Even when proven guilty by the court, if the accused is not satisfied or is not convinced of his conviction, he has the right to appeal against his conviction and if he succeeds in defending himself, the conviction is nullified to indicate that, nothing had happened. Either out of politics, mischief or illiteracy, some Ghanaians take allegation as the whole truth and go ahead to accuse and tarnish the person's image, especially if you don't belong to their groupings.
