  Palgrave is missing the point. If he goes to Abomosu, or Kyebi, or Akropong Akwapim, he will find those places very neat. Any small town in Ghana is neat. The issue is big city management. Giving people passes for breaking the law is what has brought us this mess. This is for the government to solve by applying the laws without favour. Until that is done, Accra will keep flooding, Kumasi will keep flooding, Samreboi will keep flooding.

  Providing the dust bins is not the issue, but the regular putting them is. Once upon a time there used to be dustbins all over our city streets in Accra and Kumasi. But they were neglected by local sanitation service providers, and dogs, rats, and crows and other nuisance animals were feasting on them.
