Ghana School of Law 2026/2027 admissions underway

The Ghana School of Law has announced that the admissions process for the 2026/2027 Pre-Bar Course is currently underway, with admission letters being issued on a rolling basis to successful applicants.

In a statement dated July 12, 2026, the school said applications are progressing through the required stages of review and assessment, explaining that applicants should expect to receive admission letters at different times.

"The admissions process is underway with applications undergoing the requisite stages of review and assessment," the statement said.

It added that admission letters are being issued on a rolling basis to successful applicants. As a result, applicants may receive their admission letters at different times.

The school acknowledged that some applicants, particularly final-year law students graduating in 2026, are still waiting for their universities to issue final examination results, official transcripts, degree certificates and other graduation-related documents.

According to the statement, applications will continue to be processed based on the documents submitted, while applicants with outstanding academic documents will not be disadvantaged.

"Applicants whose final academic documents are still pending from their respective university law faculties will be considered for admission and where successful, may receive a conditional offer of admission," the statement noted.

It added that details of the outstanding documents required and the deadlines for their submission would be communicated in the admission letters.

The Ghana School of Law also clarified that prospective applicants who did not submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) before the process closed are still eligible to apply directly for admission.

"The closure of the Expression of Interest process does not prevent eligible applicants from submitting applications," the school stated.

The school urged applicants to check their email regularly for official communication and advised them to rely only on information published through its official communication channels.

It also thanked applicants for their patience and cooperation, saying it remains committed to a fair, transparent and orderly admissions process.
