Therefore, he should be more properly and appropriately addressed officially and traditionally as the Akyem Abuakwa Omanhene (Paramount Chief).
Akyem Kotoku (Akyem Oda) and Akyem Bosome are not under him.

I think our Constitution recognizes Subchiefs, Chiefs, and Paramount Chiefs. If some people decide to call their Traditional Paramount Chiefs as Kings, that should be their Cup of Tea. It is not recognized by our Constitution.
The Paramount Chief of Akyem Abuakwa is respected but can’t be a King. Even he can’t be the Paramount Chief of the Akyem people but for only Abuakwa. The Chiefs of Akyem Kotoko and Bosome are not subservient to him. Anyway, let the Paramount Chief of Akyem Abuakwa use his influence to develop the area under his jurisdiction. His Paramountcy is far older than the New Juaben Traditional area but it looks less developed. I felt ashamed the last time I visited the place. It looked the same since about a thirty years ago period. No development. The road system, Electricity and Water systems have not seen any improvement since I taught at ABUSCO about 40 years ago. Hahahaha. They can continue to eat their Dogmeat Khebab, Palm Wine, and Odoka but should develop their towns, especially Kibi. The Kibi District Hospital has not seen any development since many decades ago. Develop your Paramountcy and stop useless Litigations. AMAMSONSEM can’t help develop your area.
