"The Rule of Law is sitting upside down" simply because Miracles Aboagye has been arrested for stealing GHC55m and is being taken through the standard arrest processes for such crimes. He is not being given a VIP treatment but bring handled as a "common criminal". Anything short of what he is going through will rather be the "Rule Of Law sitting upside down". Meanwhile has it occurred to this man that he is damaging his legal reputation with these very partisan statements?

What is rule of law Atta Akyea ? The rule of law is that no one should be arrested without committing and offence and should not be denied access to a lawyer of his choice. Miracles was under investigations by EOCO then he leaves the jurisdiction without i forming EOCO. Upon his return he was arrested at the airport. Within 48 hours EOCO complied with the constitution and granted him bail. He had access to his lawyers whilst in EOCO custody. There was no breach of the rights of Miracles.
