What could reduce fatalities?
Expanding more sections into dual carriageways.

In my view, the biggest contributor on the Juaso–Accra stretch is the combination of speeding, dangerous overtaking, and the large number of heavy trucks sharing the same roadway with passenger vehicles. This makes even a small driving error potentially catastrophic.
