  It is becoming very irritating if everyone points out poor maintenance of equipments and facilities as a problem and yet no one seemed to address this issue seriously. We can not continue spending so much money to purchase it ...

  It is becoming very irritating if everyone points out poor maintenance of equipments and facilities as a problem and yet no one seemed to address this issue seriously. We can not continue spending so much money to purchase items and build facilities just to sit back and let everything fall apart. Mr. President put a stop to this attitude and hold people accountable for negligence of duty.
