This in effect means before the girl completed school. I don't know, but are teachers allowed to be in such a relationship with their school girls or their students before the girls complete school? He claims to have gone to take something in that building before it happened. It doesn't appear to be a matured statement. Does it mean if any other male teacher had entered that building at that time, this incident would have magically happened? What a wonderful lab or room! You planned doing what you did with the girl and did it, so, why all these unnecessary stories? How was the act recorded? Is he sure he didn't do the recording with his phone and the thing accidentally leaked? If the girl is not below 16 and there was her consent and the recording was not done by him and got leaked by whatever means, has he committed any offence that will warrant the police coming in apart from GES disciplining him? It appears he has not broken any law in the Criminal Code (Act 29) to warrant police involvement apart from GES.
