He transformed his country in 15 years. Qatar is the richest country in the world, and Qataris are among the nicest people in the world. Ghana has excellent relations with Qatar. They have invested in Ghana and allow 10,000 Ghanaians to live and work in Qatar. These Ghanaians have built businesses, hospitals, farms, schools, houses, etc, in Ghana. So yes, high level delegation to the great Emir’s funeral is in order.
