How can he help us in CHAN if we throw him out before the next CHAN qualifiers, as this continental tournament does not include players plying their trade within the rest of Africa?

So if you're not good enough to be selected for the Black Stars, and you are also not qualified to play for the Black Galaxies because you are not resident at home, you lose both opportunities to show your talent at the continental level.
