The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is the regulator or supervisor of the fund. Securities and Exchange Commission licensed the Fund Management company called Gold Coast Fund Management Company, owned by Paa Kwesi Nduom. The regulator or Supervisor, SEC, was appointed by the Government of Ghana with Rev Ogbamey as head during President Akufo-Addo's time. The same regulator which slept on the job and didn't do it's work well, revoked the licence of the Fund Management Company. No punishment has been meted out to the sleeping supervisors who were paid but slept on the job, only for the innocent Ghanaian investors, who invested in the Nduom licensed Fund Management Company to be suffering. What an irony!!! Ghana Government, please pay the innocent languishing investors immediately. Their money was given to contractors as loans by Nduom's GN Bank to construct roads in Ghana and build other infrastructures but the Akufo-Addo government refused to pay the contractors, for the contractors to pay Nduom back to enable Nduom to pay the investors, but rather revoked Nduom's license for not having money which is locked up in road works done and his company not yet paid by Ghana Ghana.

Not to talk of the deaths of my two uncles, the late Sylvester Paa Kwesi Gilbert-Arthur who couldn't finance his surgery and had to resort to begging family members resulting in his untimely demise; and Michael Sagoe-Baffoe who also fell sick and for lack of funds passed on.
