Most Ghanaians don’t read news item well. How can you go a court to ask the court on 16th July 2026 to revoke an order which expired of the 12th July 2026. This deputy AG paaa?

The time for the order has elapsed so there was no need for for the deputy AG to go to court in that regard.

The ruling means time to Ghana on July 12 already lapsed. So he cannot travel anymore. So there's no need for AG to file a new motion that's why the judge strikes out...
I think the AG's action has clarified issues. No grey areas for litigants to exploit.

When was he arrested? Technically the order was in force. Now it has elapsed. When he comes back, travel ban until the case is disposed.

How do go to court to revoke an order which has expired. This Deputy Attorney General is making too many mistakes. Today is 16th July and the Order expired on 12 July what a blunder.

After July 12, Hanan could not travel. His passport was to be deposited at the court. This application is useless. What were the A-Gs thinking? Too bad!!!
