The justification is that there are a backlog of cases sitting in our courts that go many years unattended, delaying justice delivery in the country of which the tribunals will help speed up the process. Of course if opposition members are found at the wrong side of the law, the law will deal with them. If Npp is concern about this law, then they probably have something to hide, either most of their members are embroiled in scandals that could potentially lead to their incarciration.
