Inaki was actually called and used at least once, he was at the time even a regular goal banger for Athletic. The thing is Ghana does not strategise our play enough and we do not call players out on their mistakes to correct them. Inaki received absolutely no passes on his first game for Ghana although he was making intelligent runs. This world cup for example, our sharpest would have been Semenyo in the middle to press balls and newly promoted Brandon and Fatawu or alternative on opposite wings. Even if Nico joins Ghana he may not perform because of the way we are always lax about out playing errors.
