Nana, that is for you and your reasonable and decent chiefs. Not those murderous poverty stricken vampires in the north. All they do with chieftaincy is to oppress their tribal opponents and subject them to feudal treatment. So yes, Nana that is so in the south but in the north, it is a very backward institution especially in North East and Savannah regions. Chiefs there are nothing but SAVAGES.
