Even non-venomous snakes can bite. Their bites are usually similar to cuts or puncture wounds from small teeth. They can be painful and may become infected if not cleaned, but they do not inject medically significant venom.

There are a few snake species that are so docile they rarely bite, especially if accustomed to people, but no snake species completely lacks the ability to bite. Biting is a natural defensive behavior, even if it’s only used as a last resort.

It is very friendly and feels by resonance and moves away if people are getting near it. Yes, snakes use resonance to determine the size of the animal or Human closer to it.
Snakes can be very friendly and not aggressive unless it is stepped on, cornered or threatened.
I have been in the jungle hunting for Mangoes and Oranges before. Snakes also hide on such trees trying to catch and eat their prey which are usually birds. The snakes will not attack and bite Humans unless threatened, endangered or stepped on. How do you think our women and children who go for Cola Nuts at dawn would have survived because they just step in the bush barefooted and not knowing what they step on.
The Royal Python is known to be lazy, docile and sleep very deeply and sometimes does not feel it when Humans step on it. However, even that snake can attack and bite when it feels threatened.
I learned from Uncle Sam’s country that many of the snakes we kill back home in Ghana and other parts of Africa are harmless and even not poisonous. They live in their habitats and usually don’t enter into public places. When a snake is found near Public Places, Animal Control is called to take it away into the jungle. It is an offense to kill any Snake unless threatened. Some even keep Snakes as pets. Anyway, there is no reason for me to keep a Snake as a pet even if I know that it is not poisonous.

I think what she is toying with is the Royal Python which is not poisonous and aggressive. It eats small rodents like the Mice and Rats. When we were Children, we sometimes attended shows that people we called MAGICIANS will sometimes put such Royal Pythons even in their mouths. She can try that trick with the Cobra and the Green Mamba but should make her Coffin ready first.

God is bigger than your little religion sir.
If you don't want people handling and studying snakes, and a deadly venomous snake bites you or your loved one, where do you expect to get the antivenom to save that person's life? Do you know the number of people, including Christians, who die from snakebite every year? Where do you think antivenom comes from?
Snakes are part of wildlife that God created. I dont know what you mean by union with them, but whether you like it or not, they are out there in your environment, and someone has to handle them to extract venom to make antivenom from them, to save lives.
