To be frank and fair Chairman Wontomi sentence was too HARSH. I see it as politically motivated sentence. I am very angry and upset with my Ashanti brother Chairman Wontomi for his ignorance and indifference to the suffering of us Ashantis for his support for the Eastern region Tiny population Akyem Abuakwa CRIMINALS Akuffo Addo and Ken Ofori Atta and Bawumia and Gabby Octhere Darko. Chairman Wontomi had a valid mining licence and so what he did was an administrative error or oversight for not getting a Ministerial amendment to his valid mining licence. For such administrative error he should have received just a FINE. NPP must appeal immediately. The NDC criminals left off the hook by the Attorney General caused far more financial loss to the State of Ghana. Jail the NDC criminals as well-----

To be frank and fair Chairman Wontomi sentence was too HARSH. I see it as politically motivated sentence. The NPP is claiming that Wontumi's conviction is politically motivated. If so then Tsikata and Selormeys convictions were also politically motivated
Is the NPP telling Ghanaians that politicians never commit crimes in Ghana and that when they commit crimes nothing should be done to them?
If the anwer is yes then the NPP is unfit to rule Ghana and must be banned.How can a party that does not beleve in probity and accountability rule Ghana?
The NPP has petitioned the Supreme Court to review Wontumi's conviction.Fair enough but i want them to know that his conviction will be upheld by the Supreme Court and that will be justice done to Ghana and Ghanaians.
