The shot-stopper registered an impressive figure of 2.35, the best among all goalkeepers at the tournament, marking a special milestone in his career.

Ati-Zigi delivered a spectacular performance in Ghana’s opening game against Panama, where the Black Stars secured a 1-0 victory.

He was later substituted in the second half due to injury, with Benjamin Asare taking over. Before leaving the pitch, Ati-Zigi made several excellent saves to keep Ghana in the game.

He returned in the Round of 32 clash against Colombia, once again showcasing his quality with brilliant saves to deny Luis Díaz and other attackers, even though Ghana eventually lost 1-0.

This achievement comes as a boost for the FC St. Gallen goalkeeper, who is determined to cement his position as Ghana’s first-choice goalkeeper ahead of Benjamin Asare amid intense competition.
