Why then would the immigration judge make reference to an non-existent OSP affidavit? What concerns the OSP in Ken Ofori Atta's immigration status? When ICE picked up Ken Ofori Atta, did they do so on instructions from the OSP? What locus would a Ghanaian or foreign institution have in the immigration status of an immigrant in another country? Making reference to a non-existent affidavit from the OSP is nothing but mere fabrication.

I don't know if he lied on the application to the US Government while there was an open space criminal offenses against him. This is simple, U.S.A authorities are saying that Ofori Atta is a now a citizen of America and that the document OSP presented to the American court, requesting for Ofori Atta extradition has no evidence of criminality and that American authority unable to give out their lovely Son Ken Ofori Atta to Ghana government because Americans first , interms of its citizens protection is very crucial. So you see the difference between black and brown people when it's comes to the protection of its citizens. Look at what Ghana government treated Abu trica, even though Abu lawyers has filled some process in court and yet to be determined , Abu trica was taken away to America. The spat between the OSP AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL over the persecutorial power of the former let Mother Ghana down big time. The day that our law enforcement agencies allowed unnecessary rivalry to advance Ghana's Fare, was when Abu Trica was not EXCHANGED for Ken Ofori Atta. Academic brilliance does not Mask the lack of Native intelligence and ordinary day to day commonsense. Thousands of years before the advent of western civilisation in the Golden Coast, there was batter - the exchange of goods and services. The supposed Savages (Natives) invented a medium of exchange, Seade3 (Cedi). It is widely acknowledged that, some of our well decorated professionals have the inferiority complex when faced by their counterparts in the West.
