Anyway, it is a good idea to enhance facilities in our schools, but that should be across the board. The condition of facilities in some of our schools are very very horrible. Again, it should be a good idea, if these 10 new schools are modelled as schools of excellence and not as additional ordinary schools built to absorb excess students.
