Good. No more Togolese, Nigerians and other neighboring countries citizens who are imposters. The verification can be traced to where the applicant was born and registered for the Primary School Education. Yes, and including even Church and Baptismal Records. We thank the NPP for introducing the Ghana Card. Yes, there can even be verification as to the houses and communities where they lived as infants. This should end other Africans trying to take advantages that true Ghanaians should enjoy. We should be careful about the Togolese, Nigerians, Beninoise, Liberians and our other neighbors. We can’t let them be Ghanaians, especially the criminal and Cyberscam Nigerians. Thank you NPP for introducing the Ghana Card.

* Execution: The GhanaCard number (GHA-XXXXXXXXX-X) must become the single, mandatory identifier used from birth to death. It must completely replace separate formats for driver's licenses, voter IDs, and NHIS cards.

## 2. Deepen the GRA Identity Integration

* Action: Fully sync the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) database with the NIA registry.

* Execution: Whenever an individual turns 18 or starts earning income, their GhanaCard number must automatically activate as their Tax Identification Number (TIN). Changes to residential addresses updated at the NIA must automatically push to the GRA database.
