Why don’t you report accurately. There are 20 charges filed against Hanan. Godfred Dame , Hanan lawyer and former AG , wanted to strike out all 20 charges against his client. The judge disagreed but asked Prosecutor to amend charge 14 and if possible to look again at charge 9 . Charge 9 amendment is optional. Anyway, is two out of twenty charges to be look at .
