NPP as a party should disassociate itself from convicts and criminals. The government is fighting corruption, so far every person arrested has been charged with an offence or offences or is been investigated on suspicion of having committed an offence. NPP let them defend themselves and stop the wholesale support. NPP does not have the means to know whether these people have committed the alleged offences or not. NPP you do not work with them in their work place or offices and you do not stay with them, so you can't tell whether they committed the offences to go ahead. Let the law take its course.

Any convict should stay away from the party and the party should stay away from a convict.

After all the brouhaha over Wontumi he has been convicted of the offence charged. He admitted he gave out his concession to a third party without the requisite consent and the third party is mining gold by galamsey. These facts are not disputed. NPP you have no business following this man again. Does the NPP allow convicts to hold office.

So if npp members commit or committed crime against the state they shouldn't be touched? They'll be touched like all other Ghanaians. And if touching them weakens their front why would they blame anyone other than themselves? It's like a criminal syndicate that blames the police for not allowing their activities to flourish. Npp needs to thank mahama so much for being too slow in delivering justice to Ghanaians, even as he's very fast in delivering development and national transformation.
