Non-starters without aim and just the funfare of being acknowledged and that is all. Look at the personality of Okraku for example, what paa do you think is the vision he has. Indeed he does not visualize anything for Ghana football. Mediocrity is all he wears. Did you see what he looked like in the stands when Ghana played England? Personally, for someone who wears blue suit and green shirt for official events he's dumb and should not hold football office.

They haven't been to a FIFA World Cup before but look at the infrastructures they have built with FIFA Go project money.

Mauritania has built a nice FIFA standard and approved stadium. The same like Sierra Leone.
Rwanda completed a fifty rooms hotel plusa big conference hall, three football pitches and a gym for all its national teams.

The hotel is being used for financial revenue for the public when the various rwandan national teams are not playing.

It's not only the 55 million euros but also the 2 million euros GFA get yearly from FIFA and Caf together as well as the 2 million euros puma sponsorship deals.

Where are the money?

1. Corruption or mis-allocation of funds.

2. And both are a result of the lack of "Vision At Scale".

These condition above (and more) is due to a state which is still colonial in essence, ie. districtised at the sub-state level and therefore stripped of scaled-vision.

It's an administrative anomaly which is embedded in any colonial orchestration - but the leadership to even understand it and strip it out and replace it with an advance model hasn't emerged yet. The limp continues.
