I know that I am Grammatically correct. How many times were your President the Anlo Ewe often correct with his English expressions? He never lived in England or the USA. I learned he is a USA Citizen. If he is, and with the Judicial History of Ghana where very respected senior Military Officers were put on trial by a Junior Military Junta in a despicable Public Tribunal without and Legal Representation, Uncle Sam will never send her citizen or any person with legal Authority to stay in the USA to be deported to Ghana to face any such punishment.
The Ghana Government can only request for Ofori Attah’s Deportation which is not going to be ever granted. He has not committed any crime in the USA, and is supposed to be sick and undergoing Health Treatment that is not easily available or well developed in Ghana. Uncle Sam does not do that. Let worried observers continue to cry their lungs out but Ofori Attah is never ever going to come to Ghana. He has his wife, children, and possibly Ghanaian Girlfriends with him here. Hahahaha. Ghana’s Judiciary , especially the Attorney General knows that any attempt to have Ofori Attah deported is like going on a Wild Goose Chase. If he really stole the almost a Billion USA Dollars from Ghana, he is living comfortably in the USA and Uncle Sam is not going to deport him when he has not committed any Felony. And do you think Uncle Sam will deport her citizen who is believed to be about One Billion US Dollars rich to Ghana? Hahahaha. Let the case get to the USA Court, and with that much money, the case will take about 20 years in the USA to even the Highest Court in the USA. Ken is already about 73 years old. Add the about 20 years that the case will take that and conclude who shall deport a 93 year Old American to face trial and imprisonment in Ghana. Find out how glorious he is living. No DUMSOR, Armed Robbery Gangs, well protected by the Security Networks of Uncle Sam. Let him marry an American lady and see if he will be ever deported to Ghana. Hahahaha. In any case, how has US reciprocated our legal cooperation? Africa and Ghana has extradited so many of its nationals to US for their supposed offences against individuals. Ghanaian politicians who have committed crimes, orchestrated vindictive closure of Ghanaian and engaged in corrupt acts that has impoverished a whole nation yet US shields such individuals from our justice system.
If US believes Ken Ofori Atta has done no wrong, they should release to come an answer questions in our courts. They are free to appoint US lawyer to represent him in our courts but Ken must answer for his crimes in our courts.
